Who do you work with?
I’ve been walking alongside and helping people for over 25 years. I’m an experienced practitioner, not a theorizer. There won’t be a one-size-fits-all approach pulled from the internet. You’ll get an advocate, a trusted advisor, a thoughtful strategist, and a seasoned coach who will treat you with respect while being honest with you. I’m more interested in your success and growth than in building my brand.

How are you different?
Executive and Personal coaching involves meeting twice monthly for 6 to 12 months, full support between sessions, and a personalized dashboard of resources you can access at any time. Organizational coaching is conducted for a minimum of 6 months and uses the same approach. Fractional situations require a 1-year commitment and include a collaborative effort with you and your company or organization.

It is hard to put a price on your life and leadership, but coaching is a worthy investment in your clarity, performance, peace, and sustainability. After an initial conversation to determine the right fit, we can work together to find the pricing that is best for you.
